Part 1
In ancient times, if you were concerned about your future prospects, relationships or health, you would consult an oracle or shaman and be shown certain spiritual insights and practices to help you. This first workshop reminds us of the words ‘know thyself’ of the oracle at Delphi as we face the great cosmic, planetary and social changes now underway. In this workshop, working together and in pairs, we will clearly see how the interconnectness of our psychic timelines, chakras and consciousness, together with the classic tools of meditation, the I Ching (the Chinese Book of Changes), and spirit-directed healing, will help each of us to master the forthcoming emotional and biological stresses of our life. Part 2
Touching the unseen human energies: mindfulness, visualisation and imagery
This workshop, for students at every level, is the next step beyond my 10th September workshop. Here we will focus together and in pairs on the specific practices of deep brainwave relaxation, visualization and imagery, as the way to boost our innate energy channeling capacities, and literally re-create our own emotional and spiritual health. How do I work with my clients?
